How much a pint of beer costs in Latvia and Riga?

In bars and restaurants pint of beer costs about 2 Lats. That is about 2 British pounds or 3 Euros, or 4 US dollars. Note, that drinks in cities/villages outside Riga cost less! If going to rural areas, where there’s only two shops and one pub in town, cheap drinks paradise guaranteed. Don’t say I didn’t warn you..

Shop:

If you buy beer in 0.5L bottles in shop planning to get monkey-face-drunk at home party, this will cost you cheaper. Price for bottle of beer (light or dark) is around 0.50 Lats, that is 0.50 GBP, or almost 1 Euro, or a bit more than one dollar.
